Beck Anxiety Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory-II, Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation These questionnaires are used as a tool to assist in evaluating the severity of anxiety and depressive disorders in adults and to evaluate the risk for suicide in adults. Brief Symptom Inventory The BSI is for use with adults. This is a quick form that helps evaluate for psychological problems and assists in measuring progress during and after treatment to measure changes. Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 Restructured Form The MMPI-2-RF is for use with adults. This is an assessment of symptoms of psychopathology, personality characteristics and behavioral proclivities. Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory I administer the SASSI-3 with biopsychosocial assessments. I offer both the adult and juvenile versions of this questionnaire. The SASSI-3 questionnaire helps assess the likelihood of a substance dependence disorder. | Our evidence-based programs are proven through research to prevent and delay the use of alcohol and other drugs. Our programs are delivered in cooperation with our community partners and are designed to support middle and high school-aged students. The programs utilize empowering, positive messages that avoid the use of scare tactics – while including real-world examples to minimize the potential of future harm. The State of Florida’s capacity to fund programming for youth and adults in underserved communities is not yet known, but Hanley Foundation is determined to find funding to provide free programming in areas where it is needed and desired. During 2016, Hanley Foundation served close to 30,000 students and adults. The prevention staff offers substance abuse prevention programs that are approved by the National Registry of Evidence-based Prevention Programs and Practices (NREPP). These programs are gender specific when necessary, offered in other languages if available, and are all age-appropriate. I also work with infants and mom's to help with issues regarding perinatal and postnatal experiences that may have resulted in Postpartum Depression Disorder(s). | Founded in 2004, We Care is an unfunded 501(c)(3) whose mission is to support our neighbors in need in every way we can. Since it’s inception, We Care has been on the front lines of hunger relief. Our trucks go out three days a week to recover food from grocery stores throughout the area, but our work doesn’t stop there. We realize that household items can sometimes double a family’s grocery bill, so we are constantly collecting laundry detergents, cleaning supplies, and hygiene products to redistribute to the community. Our new mission is to not only fight hunger in our community, but also the plight of poverty that ravages many in Citrus County. A large sector of the people we serve have full time employment but do not earn enough to take care of their family’s basic needs and we are working to fill those gaps. We are sitting down with our clients to find out what they need and to further understand the struggles they are facing. | |
